We are seeking a skilled Unity or Unreal Engine Developer to join us as a business partner and co-founder in creating a series of immersive, interactive simulation games. This is an equity-based opportunity, and the selected partner will be instrumental in the company’s technical direction and game development while sharing in the rewards of building a successful venture. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate as a business partner to help define the vision, direction, and growth of the company, with shared ownership and equity. Design and develop 3D environments for various simulations, including tools, objects, and immersive settings. Implement character animations for tool usage, task completion, and interactions within the environment. Build and integrate interactive dialogue systems to facilitate communication with NPCs, provide feedback, and manage tasks. Work with data integration systems to track player progress, task completion, and performance metrics. Ensure smooth player interactions with the environment, including realistic physics and task-based gameplay. Assist with launching the game into production, including optimizing performance, packaging the game, and addressing any technical challenges in the release phase. Help with post-launch support, including bug fixes, updates, and ongoing optimization. Take part in business strategy and decision-making as a key member of the founding team, including fundraising and strategic direction. Requirements: Proficiency in Unity or Unreal Engine. Strong experience in 3D modeling, environment design, and character animation. Experience in creating interactive dialogue systems or similar game mechanics. Familiarity with data tracking and integration (e.g., tracking player actions, storing progress). Solid understanding of game mechanics for skill-based simulations and task-driven interactions. Experience with launching games into production, including optimization, packaging, and addressing post-launch issues. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to contribute equity-based work and participate in profit-sharing as part of the founding team.
