Provide help desk resolution and service desk delivery support. Responsibilities include addressing and resolving basic and routine support requests, adhering to Netsmart processes and best practices, escalating support requests as required, entering quality information into tracking systems, creating and managing Netsmart support requests according to Netsmart best practices, contributing to knowledge bases and documentation, and identifying and making recommendations to improve support processes. Qualifications required include an associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience, strong customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. Preferred qualifications include at least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, bilingual Spanish and English, and healthcare solution support experience.
