Contracts Administrator – Construction

$65,000k-$80,000k (DOE)

Direct Hire

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

What you’ll be doing:

• Review requested modifications to their subcontractor and owner contacts
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors and owners
• Prepare contracts
• Ensure all contracts follow federal state and local laws and that both parties are fulfilling the terms of the agreement

Who we’re looking for:

• A paralegal or someone familiar with contracts
• Knowledge of construction industry contracts
• High degree of compliance
• Someone who can work at a slower pace so that they can be detailed - quality over quantity
• Someone who can be assertive yet also is not afraid to ask for help or recognize when they don’t know the answers
• Outgoing personality
