Director, Portfolio Management (New Store)
Lead the future of Walmart’s growth by driving new store development from concept to grand opening. As Director, Portfolio Management, you’ll shape our real estate footprint, influence major business decisions, and deliver projects that impact millions of customers. What You’ll Do:
Lead a team of real estate professionals in new store site development
Oversee market analysis, site selection, deal negotiation, and project management
Present recommendations to leadership and manage executive-level meetings
Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget
Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a culture of integrity and innovation
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in real estate development, site selection, and deal negotiation
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
Expertise in cross-functional collaboration and executive communication
Track record of driving projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment
You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
