Now Hiring: Full-Time School Psychologist – Fall 2025 Start

Location : Illinois

Schedule : Up to 37.5 hours per week

Caseload Population: Elementary Level

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed and enthusiastic School Psychologist to join our educational partner’s support team for the 2025–2026 school year. This essential role focuses on helping young learners overcome academic, emotional, and behavioral hurdles by developing customized strategies that support overall student development and school engagement.

We’re looking for a proactive, compassionate professional who is passionate about creating inclusive learning spaces and equipping students with the tools they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Role Snapshot:

• Offer one-on-one or small-group counseling based on student needs.
  
• Perform cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessments.
  
• Contribute to crafting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  
• Partner with families, educators, and administrators to solve learning and behavioral challenges.
  
• Champion student well-being and equity across the school environment.
  

Requirements

• NASP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  
• Recent graduates with strong foundational skills and passion are welcome to apply!
  
• Must hold a Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or Educational Psychology.
  
• Active Illinois licensures as a School Psychologist issued by the Illinois State Board of Education.
