Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements.
Manage budgets, schedules, and timelines to ensure successful event delivery.
Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
Oversee event setup, logistics, and on-site operations.
Address any issues or challenges promptly during events.
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback to enhance future events.
