Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our corporate and promotional events. This role plays a key part in ensuring each event runs smoothly, meets company objectives, and leaves a lasting impression on attendees. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating logistics for all events, including venue setup, vendor communication, and timelines
Support event planning from concept to completion in collaboration with senior event staff
Handle administrative duties such as maintaining schedules, budgets, and post-event reports
Liaise with internal teams to ensure event materials, branding, and messaging are aligned
Provide on-site support during events, managing check-ins, supplies, and overall flow
Research and evaluate venues, vendors, and third-party services
Track inventory of event supplies and assist in procurement as needed
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
1+ years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure
