Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the senior living community.
• Inspire and guide a high-performing team aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and revenue growth.
• Lead the Sales and Marketing process to maximize occupancy and market position.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture for residents, families, and team members.
• Drive initiatives to enhance resident well-being, team engagement, and service excellence.
• Manage hiring, training, and performance development of staff.
• Promote a Resident-Centered Model of care and uphold the organization’s core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality management.
• Strong financial acumen and operational oversight capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and creating a vibrant community culture.
