Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist supports daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, HRIS management, and policy enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruiting, coordinate with temp agencies, and lead onboarding and orientation processes.
• Employee Relations: Support internal communications, organize events, manage employee engagement programs, and assist with investigations and disciplinary actions.
• HRIS & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure data compliance, and generate reports for internal and regulatory use.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, manage leaves of absence, support open enrollment, and assist with worker’s compensation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Knowledge of labor laws, HRIS systems, and recruitment practices
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
