Position Overview:
A Family Health Center in Brooklyn is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internist or Family Medicine Physician. This role offers the opportunity to provide quality primary care to an underserved population while enjoying a collaborative and community-focused work environment.

Requirements:
~ Active New York State Medical License
~ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
~ Active Medicaid and Medicaid number (NPI required)
~ Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
~ $190,000 $215,000 annual salary

Key Responsibilities:
~ Provide primary care, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
~ Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
~ Counsel patients on wellness, disease prevention, diet, and lifestyle
~ Administer immunizations and preventive care
~ Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
~ Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
~ Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
~ Contribute to improving community health outcomes
