Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and travel goals
Design customized luxury itineraries, including accommodations, dining, activities, and special experiences
Coordinate bookings with accuracy and discretion, ensuring seamless execution of all details
Stay informed on emerging luxury destinations, exclusive offers, and industry trends
Provide proactive client communication, support, and concierge-level service before, during, and after travel
Build long-term relationships through trust, expertise, and personalized recommendations
Requirements:
Experience in luxury travel planning, hospitality, or client service strongly preferred
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Strong research ability and familiarity with booking systems or CRM platforms
Ability to manage details with accuracy and discretion
Proficiency in basic computer applications required
