The Training and Associate Readiness Specialist will partner closely with client retail business, business support units, marketing and technical teams on developing the associate readiness plans ensure front line staff, both branch and call center, are prepared and educated to convert their business operations as part of the large-scale system conversion. This is a Remote, Full-Time position.

Qualified candidates will have a strong background in developing training and associate readiness plans to support a large-scale system conversion, ideally with one or more large financial services clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the associate readiness framework to assist with the development of the detailed associate readiness plan.
  • Working with Trustmark, design the associate readiness plans to ensure associates are prepared to work with clients and colleagues.
  • Prepare the training materials detailing the new line of business processes, policies and procedures to ensure the associates are knowledgeable and prepared to engage with both customers and colleagues.  This should minimally address required materials, systems and delivery methods.
  • Identify resource and staffing requirements for each associate operating area (segments) to execute the readiness plan.
  • Prepare to include refresher information and material as needed for regulatory and compliance topics as directed by Trustmark.
  • Working with the communications work stream, assist in developing talking points and FAQs for branches, call center, and customer self-service as needed.
About You
  • Excellent communication skills for business interviewing and collaborative design sessions with client teams.
  • Skilled in the development of training and associate readiness plans and detailed training materials spanning multiple months, business units and delivery methods.
  • Strong Power Point, Word, and Excel skills.
  • Experience with bank related system conversions affecting branches, call centers, digital banking and operations.
  • Working knowledge of Share Point, and Jira.
