Cedar Park Group is hiring experienced Countertop Installers to join our growing team!
We're looking for skilled professionals to measure, transport, and install countertops on-site, ensuring precision and quality craftsmanship. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced with hand and power tools, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Overview:
As a Countertop Installer, you will be responsible for reading blueprints and layout designs, cutting and shaping materials, and installing countertops with precision and care. You'll be working with a variety of surfaces including granite, marble, quartz, and solid surface materials. The role requires travel to job sites, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, shape, and fit countertops according to specifications
Transport and install countertops on-site
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and layout designs
Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and securing of countertops
Perform minor repairs or adjustments on-site
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized job site
Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and team members
Follow all safety procedures and installation standards
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in countertop or general construction installation
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with granite, marble, quartz, or solid surface materials
Familiarity with templating and fabrication processes
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
